Refund/ Return & Exchange Policy:
Product cannot be refundable after Successfully Installed/ Delivered. If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to exchange your purchase as long as it’sunopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 36 Hours after delivery. We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if the goods were a special order to your specification

Service Criteria for 12 Months:
Service and Support team will be consists of four (04) members. Support Engineer will be available within 72 hours Inside of Dhaka and Outside of Dhaka after getting called from your premises Support Engineer will be available within 96 hours. Prompt support will be given through Telephone/E-mail
*Device Servicing should be need 15-20 days. If you are not collecting the device before one month, company will not liable any loss!
